Welcome to CardiffSnow.org
CardiffSnow.org is a gathering of individuals, businesses and organisations, all with a shared interest in furthering the development and delivery of a first class indoor snow slope in Cardiff. We believe that the City of Cardiff, and the wider area it would serve, deserves a best of breed snow facility and it is our shared goal to ensure that this is achieved.
As an organisation CardiffSnow.org has three primary goals:
Maintain a presence with relevant authorities and businesses to highlight demand for an indoor snow slope.
Ensure that the facility is designed and delivered in accordance with the needs of the community it serves.
Provide information on developments to all interested parties through online and traditional media channels.
To Cardiff Council we give this message:
There is a very large community of snowsports enthusiasts out there who currently have to travel long distances in order to use real snow facilities... A community that would make good use of a suitable facility right here in the heart of Cardiff and the International Sports Village.
